Vimba Monitoring Centers, located across the country, provide 24 hour a day manned monitoring, for all types of Vimba alarm systems. In our control rooms, alarm signals from schools, offices, warehouses, plants, retail stores, and residences are received via signal channels or standard GSM, depending on the security solutions that have been implemented.
Every signal is specially encoded, letting our control room know instantly what kind of emergency has triggered the alarm, from intrusions to hold-ups to fires, and which response service to dispatch.
Monitoring staff notify response teams, the police, fire departments, ambulance services or service technicians, depending on the type of alarm that they receive.
